Given the declaration by the World Health Organisation (WHO) of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) as a pandemic, we are taking additional steps to protect the safety, health and wellbeing of our people, clients, guests, suppliers and contractors.

Visiting our office
As a safeguard to our employees, clients, guests, suppliers and contractors during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are accepting external visitors to our LifeLab facility by appointment only.

We ask that our clients, guests, suppliers and contractors strictly adhere to the following government requirements:

The Australian Government requires all people who arrive in Australia from any international location, or who think may they have been in close contact with a confirmed case of coronavirus, to self-isolate for 14 days.
The South Australian Government requires all people entering South Australia to self-isolate for 14 days from the time of their arrival.

If you are feeling unwell with any known or potential viral illness, you are not permitted to visit our office.

If you start to feel unwell when visiting our office, please let us know immediately so that we may support you.

We encourage our people and our visitors to adhere to normal handwashing and hygiene practices.

Working with clients to safeguard the health and safety of our people
GCMA requests our clients take their own measures to respond to COVID-19, in accordance with official Australian Government COVID-19 guidelines.

If GCMA personnel visiting client sites are concerned their host client site is not taking practicable steps to proactively prevent the spread of COVID-19 so far as it is able, we have directed our people to speak with their manager immediately.

If you are an organisation with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 and GCMA clients or people may be affected, we ask that you immediately contact the GCMA.
